Claudio Marcotulli

Claudio Marcotulli was born in Caracas, Venezuela. He is a Miami-based artist working with sculpture, installation, and film to explore the dialogue between cosmic forces, light, and human experience, reflecting on how memory and time shape perception. His practice creates luminous spaces where matter and image converge, inviting viewers to consider their place within larger universal rhythms.

Recent commissions include The Deering Estate, No Vacancy by Miami Beach Arts and Culture, and the Aspen Institute, as well as solo shows at Laundromat Art Space and Edge Zones Gallery. His work has been presented by the Doral Contemporary Art Museum, Coral Springs Museum of Art, Diaspora Vibe Arts Collective, Feria Clandestina, Miami International Airport MIAmi Gallery, and AIRIE. His films have been selected by the Miami International Film Festival, ScreenDance Miami, and multiple international festivals. Marcotulli has received support from the Knight Foundation, South Arts, and the Foundation for Contemporary Arts.
